Welcome to HUMAIN. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
HUMAIN is a relationship maintenance platform designed to help you stay connected with the people who matter most. Our services include contact management, birthday reminders, call scheduling, and mutual care features including the 24-Hour Rule.
You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings.
The 24-Hour Rule is a mutual care feature. When you designate a care partner, they receive an invitation. The rule only activates when both parties consent. HUMAIN sends reminders but does not monitor communications — check-ins are voluntary.
HUMAIN may send SMS messages on your behalf (birthday messages, care partner invitations) only when you explicitly initiate them. We send push notifications for reminders and check-ins based on your preferences, which you can disable at any time.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
HUMAIN is provided "as is." While we strive to deliver a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The 24-Hour Rule is a tool for mutual care, not a safety or emergency monitoring system. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
